Willow Bank - Temporary Road Closure To Bt Pole Replacement
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE WILLOW BANK, SOMERSAL HERBERT
WHEN: 21 August to 24 August 2026 (working days only between 08:00 and 18:00)
WHERE: Willow Bank, Somersal Herbert between Montgomery House and The Cottage.
REASON: To facilitate BT pole replacement
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Marston Road, Willow Bank, Grove Lane, Derby Road, A515, Flackets Lane, and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road.
The road will re- open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
