Disabled Persons’ Parking Places (No.2) Order 2026

South Lanarkshire Council propose to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order thereby introducing new regulated parking bays for the sole use of ‘blue’ badge holders on Lomond Drive, Bothwell; Harkins Avenue and Glenfruin Road, both Blantyre; Borgie Crescent, Mill Road, Westburn Avenue and Wiston Street, all Cambuslang; Aillort Place, Alloway Road, Ash Place, Carnoustie Crescent, Carrick Road, Dryburgh Hill, Falkland Drive, Fleming Place, Franklin Place, Glamis Drive, Glen Lee, Glen More, Laburnum Avenue, Larch Drive, Livingstone Drive, Loch Assynt, Lyttleton, Mannering, Methven Place, Morrishall Road, Mount Cameron Drive North, Pine Crescent, Quebec Drive, Robertson Drive, Shiel Avenue, Stirling Drive, Stratford and Telford Road, all East Kilbride; Arbroath Grove, Dalziel Street, Easdale Rise, Meikle Earnock Road and Scott Grove, all Hamilton; Church Street, Hill Street and Montgomery Street, all Larkhall; Dryburgh Avenue, Glentarbert Road, Montraive Street and Westburn Crescent, all Rutherglen; Murray Drive and Patrickholm Avenue, both Stonehouse.

Full details of these proposals, which form the proposed South Lanarkshire Council (Disabled Persons’ Parking Places) (No.2) Order 2026, together with a plan and statement of reasons for proposing to make this Traffic Regulation Order, are available for inspection on the council’s website.
