Maddock Lake - Temporary Road Closure To Carriageway Patching
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE MADDOCK LAKE, BRASSINGTON
WHEN: 24 August to 28 August 2026 (between 08:00 to 16:00 each day)
WHERE: Maddock Lake, Church Street, Brassington between Jct. with Dale End and Jct. with Jaspers Lane.
REASON: To facilitate carriageway patching.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Town Street, Miners Hill and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road.
The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
