Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Newport Drive, Winterton from 8am 24th Aug-4pm 28th Aug 2026 (but varied, if necessary, due to any unforeseen circumstances) for carriageway plane & inlay works by NLC. There isn’t a diversion because Newport Drive is a no through road.
