WEST LINDSEY DISTRICT COUNCIL
Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990: Notice under section 73 Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Hazardous Substances Act 1990

WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2026/00672: Gainsborough: C Bernard: 80-82 Church St: discharge conditions 1-10 of listed building consent 147359.

b) WL/2026/00673: Bardney: M & C Short: Water Tower, Abbey Rd: vary condition 2 of 147479 - reduce scale of extension. (affects right of way)

c) WL/2026/00675: Riseholme: A Scarborough: Formans House, Grange Farm: erect front & side extensions(affects right of way) 

d) WL/2026/00681: Grayingham: Mr C Simpson: The Mews, School Lane: vehicle & pedestrian access gates, incl. brickwork piers.

e) WL/2026/00682: South Carlton: T Clark: The Old School, School Lane: discharge condition 6 of listed building consent WL/2025/00764

f) WL/2026/00683: Saxilby: Taylor Wimpey: Land at Sykes Lane: vary condition1 of WL/2024/00075(147672) self & custom build requirements(major app)(affect right of way)

g) WL/2026/00688: Gainsborough: Nationwide Building Society: 24 Market Place: installation of defibrillator & bleed kit cabinets.

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
