Order Effect: A 30-mph speed restriction will be imposed on A4141 Birmingham Road, Wroxall from a point 25 metres southeast of entrance to Warren Farm for a distance of 320 metres.
Reason for Order: To safely enable telegraph pole renewal works.
Order Commences: 19 August 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 19 August 2026.

Access & Diversion: Main Diversion Route – Warwick Road, A452 St Johns RBT, A452 Warwick Road, A452 Waverley Road, A452Priory road, A452 Bridge Street, A452Fieldgate Lane, A452 Beehive Hill, A452 Birmingham Road, A452 Kenilworth Road, A4177 Meer End Road, A4177 Honiley Road, Haseley Knob Road and vice versa.
For South Bound traffic from Kenilworth – Warwick Road, A429 Coventry Road RBT, B4115 Ashow Road, A452 Leamington Road and join main diversion route at A452 St Johns RBT.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.

PROPOSED CONVERSION OF FOOTWAY TO SHARED USE
FOOTWAY/CYCLE TRACK AT A452 KENILWORTH ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Warwickshire County Council hereby proposes to convert parts of existing footways, pursuant to sections 65 and 66 of the Highways Act 1980, into shared use footways/cycle tracks for use by pedestrians and cyclists, in accordance with the proposed signage and markings, as described in more detail (by approximate measurements) in the Schedule below.
A copy of this notice, together with a statement of the Council’s reasons for this proposal and a plan, can be inspected at the Main Reception at Warwickshire County Council, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick during usual opening hours and are available to view on the website at https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/news/20210/warwick-district
