Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(U63001 Fruitland/U63008 Jasmine Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of 1: U63001 Fruitlands from a point of 158 metres east of its junction with U63012 King Edwards Rd for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction until its junction with U63005 Cherry Tree Dr. 2: U63008 Jasmine Road from its junction with U63001 Fruitlands for the entire length of the cul-de-sac.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: U63012 King Edwards Rd, U63000 Peachfield Rd, U63001 Peachfield Cl and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days (24hrs) between 26 August 2026 and 22 September 2026.

(C2065 Hopton Lane to Brockamin, Leigh) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of C2065 Hopton Ln to Brockamin from its junction with U62230 Dingle Rd for a distance of 560 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Telegraph pole replacement by Openreach.

Alternative route: C2245 Hopton Ln, C2064 Ashfields, C2064 Smith End Green, C2064 Suckley Rd, C2065 Brockamin to A4103 Bransford and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 3 August 2026.

(U61409 New Road, Castlemorton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U61409 New Rd from its junction with B4208 Castlemorton to its junction with U61403 Castlemorton.

Reason: Pole replacement by Openreach.

Alternative route: B4208 Castlemorton, U61403 Castlemorton from B4208 Castlemorton, U61403 Castlemorton Common, U61409 New Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 4 August 2026.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
