LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING
The Ealing (Free Parking Places) (No. 1, 2014) (Amendment No. 216) Order 2026; The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. 964) Order 2026.
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, made the above-titled Orders, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the made Orders will be to, on: -
(a) Berkeley Avenue to introduce at its junction with Elton Avenue double yellow lines;
(b) Elton Avenue to introduce at its junction with Berkeley Avenue double yellow lines;
(c) a length of Greenford Road, Greenford convert double yellow lines to single yellow line to operate Mondays to Saturdays 8.00am to 6.30pm;
(d) a length of Greenford Road, Greenford substitute a 1.0 metre length of free parking place with double yellow lines.
3. The made Orders, which will come into operation on 6 AUGUST 2026, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order including plans, are available by e- mail from ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or for inspection at Staff Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
