The Council on 29/07/26 made the above Order, which will
come into operation on 03/08/26. The effect is as stated in
The Scotsman dated 27/03/26 (Tro/25/56). Details of the
Made Order and related documents, including our privacy
notice, can be viewed free of charge between 09:30 and
15:30 Mon-Fri from 31/07/26 to 11/09/26 at Calton Hub,
Waverley Court, 4 East Market Street, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG, or
online during the same period at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/
trafficorders. Any person wishing to question the validity of the
Order or any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is
not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement
of that Act or any relevant regulation has not been complied
with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from
29/07/26 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
