Fisgard Road & Reeds Road, Gosport - Temporary Road Closure due to surface water separation project
What is happening?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROADS TO BE CLOSED: Fisgard Road between a point 100 metres either side of its junction with Reeds Road. Reeds Road between its junction with Goodwood Road and its junction with Grove Road.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Grove Road, Fieldmore Road, Coombe Road. DURATION OF ORDER: from Monday 17th August 2026 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 19 days and this order will be in operation 24 hours a day).
The Temporary Road Closures has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Cappagh Browne Utilities Ltd to complete surface water separation project. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order please contact: nrswa@cbul.uk.
