ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE KILVEY HILL, BONYMAEN (FOOTPATHS BO466 AND BO467)
NOTICE is hereby given that the Welsh Ministers in pursuance of powers conferred upon them by section 15 (5) of the aforementioned Act has approved the Order effective from the 20th of August 2026 being extended and continuing in force until the 19th of February 2027. The effect of the Order is as shown in the Schedule below. The closure is required for health and safety reasons whilst works are undertaken to carry out a development on Kilvey Hill granted under planning permission (2023/1748/FUL).
FOOTPATHS TO BE CLOSED:
Public footpath BO466 from its junction with footpath BO467 eastwards for 180 metres then in a southerly direction for 70 metres.
Public footpath BO467 from Llanerch Road in a generally south westerly direction for 1360 metres.
A parallel alternative route will operate to enable continued access on foot across Kilvey Hill.
