THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
(CADOGAN GARDENS) 2026

The Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea give notice that they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Schedule 1 Section 14 (1)(a) and all other enabling powers prohibiting motorised vehicles from proceeding or waiting in roads cited below.

Cadogan Gardens western leg to be closed from outside of number 69 to the junction of Draycott Place.

The road is to be closed to vehicles for utility works.

The restrictions will come into force from 08.00hrs on Monday 17th August 2026 until 18.00hrs on Sunday 23rd August 2026, with backup dates of Monday 31st August 2026 until Sunday 6th September 2026, or until completion of the works, whichever is sooner.

Diverted through traffic may use Cadogan Gardens, Cadogan Street, Draycott Terrace Draycott Place.

Access will be maintained for residents and occupiers.

Nothing in this Order shall apply to:
• anything done with the permission of, or at the direction of, a police constable in uniform.

• anything done in connection with the execution of said works.
