TRANSPORT ACT 2000 NOTIFICATION OF DESIGNATION OF QUIET LANE AT CASTLE HILL AND BATTLE LANE, BREDBURY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council in exercise of its powers under section 268 of the Transport Act 2000, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and the Quiet Lanes and Home Zones (England) Regulations 2006 proposes to designate a quiet lane at Castle Hill, Bredbury, from its northern junction with Ashton Road, for a distance of 265 metres in a generally southerly then south-westerly direction to the width restriction, and Battle Lane, Bredbury, from its junction with Castle Hill, for a distance of 56 metres in a generally north-westerly direction.
