TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE (TREVERTON STREET) 2026
The Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea give notice that they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Schedule 1 Section 14 (1)(a) and all other enabling powers prohibiting motorised vehicles from proceeding or waiting in roads cited below.
Treverton Street to be closed from the junction of Ladbroke Grove to Treverton Street Estate Road
The road is to be closed to vehicles for crane works.
The restrictions will come into force from 5.00am on Saturday 15 th August 2026 until 10.00pm on Sunday 16th August 2026, with backup dates of Saturday 22nd August 2026 until Sunday 23rd August 2026.
Diverted through traffic may use Ladbroke Grove, Barlby Road, Exmoor Street, Treverton Street.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to:
• anything done with the permission of, or at the direction of, a police constable in uniform.
• anything done in connection with the execution of said works.
