(TRINITY STREET, BATLEY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Trinity Street, Batley from a point to the side of property no. 42 to its junction with

Upper Road

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Trinity Street, Wilson Wood Street, Hyrstlands Road, Town Street, Upper Road.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 17August 2026 and remain in force until 4 September 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(WELLHOUSE LANE, MIRFIELD)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that short length of Wellhouse Lane, Mirfield at its junction with Flash Lane

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the following routes:-

Clockwise - Flash Lane, Dunbottle Lane, Greenside Road, Jenny Lane, Wellhouse Lane. Anti-clockwise - Flash Lane, Hepworth Lane.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday, 19August 2026 and remain in force up to 25 August 2026 between 08:00 hours to 18:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(WOOD STREET, CRACKENEDGE, BATLEY CARR, DEWSBURY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Wood Street, Crackenedge, Batley Carr from a point outside property no. 1 for approximately 15 metres

PROVIDED THATsuch prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OFTRAFFIC) ORDER 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Spinners Way, Scholes from a point outside property No. 15 to a point outside property No. 17

PROVIDED THATsuch prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. There is no alternative diversionary route available. (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Pentland Road, Savile Town from a point outside property no. 19 to a point outside property no. 21

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Pentland Road, Headfield Road, Falcon Road, South Street.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 17August 2026 and remain in force until 19 August 2026 between 08:00 hours and 18:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(WILLANS ROAD, DEWSBURY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that short length of Willans Road at its junction with Halifax Road

PROVIDED THATsuch prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Willans Road, Ashworth Road, Wellington Road, Dewsbury Ring Road, Halifax Road and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 3August 2026 and remain in force until 28August 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Cliffe Lane, Gomersal from

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 3August 2026 and remain in force until 16August 2026 between 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(MARKET PLACE/FOUNDRY STREET AND FORECOURT OF LONGCAUSEWAY, DEWSBURY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the following lengths of road in Dewsbury:Market Place - from its junction with the unaffected length of Market Street to junction with Corporation Street Foundry Street - from junction with

Corporation Street to its junction with Market Place Longcauseway - pedestrian forecourt only

PROVIDED THAT such partial prohibition shall not extend to vehicles/driving other than authorised market and works vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. There is no alternative diversionary route available. It is intended that the closure will commence on Saturday, 1August 2026 and remain in force until 31 July 2027 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(WHITEHALL WAY, DEWSBURY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Whitehall Way, Dewsbury from its junction with Foundry Street to its junction with Crackenedge Lane

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Foundry Street, Corporation Street,

Northgate, Westgate, Church Street, Vicarage Road, Longcauseway, Crackenedge Lane.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Saturday, 1August 2026 and remain in force until 31 July 2027 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
