Proposed Order: To close that part of U43606 Evesham Rd from its junction with C2263 AB Lench Rd to its junction with Orchard Cl (NSG ref 45405919).

Reason: Utility works by STW.

Alternative route: C2263 Main St, C2011 Atch Lench Rd, C2011 Atch Lench Rd to Leys Rd, C2117 Hangdate Ln, U43606 Evesham Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days.

Commencing: 24 August 2026.

(B4035 Elm Road/U44528 Lime Street, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of:

1. B4035 Elm Rd from its junction with U44533 Kings Rd to its junction with U44528 Lime St.

2. U44528 Lime St from its junction with B4035 Elm Rd to its junction with U44533 Kings Rd.

Reason: Replacement gas main by Wales & West Utilities.

Alternative route:

• Diversion 1: C2277 Broadway Rd, A46 Evesham Bypass, B4035 Badsey Rd, B4035 Elm Rd (part) and vice versa.

• Diversion 2: U44533 Kings Rd, U44540 Glencoe Rd, U44538 Coronation St and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days (24hrs).

Commencing: 3 August 2026.

(U45413 Orchard Avenue, Broadway) (Temporary Closure)

Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U45413 Orchard Ave from its junction with U45408 Collets Fields for a distance of 50 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Dropped kerb for new vehicle crossing by WCC.

Alternative route: U45408 Colletts Fields, C2300 Leamington Rd, U45414 Wells Gardens and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 3 August and 6 August 2026.

(U45415 Lime Tree Avenue, Broadway) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U45415 Lime Tree Ave from its junction with C2300 Leamington Rd to its junction with U45411 Bibsworth Ave.

Reason: Dropped kerb for new vehicle crossing by WCC.

Alternative route: C2300 Leamington Rd, U45414 Wells Gardens, U45413 Orchard Ave and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days.

Order made: To close that part of C2100 Wadborough Rd from a point 100 metres southwest of its junction with B4084 Pershore Rd for 500 metres in a south westerly direction.

Alternative route: B4084 Pershore Rd, B4084 Worcester Rd, C2109 Mill Ln, C2100 Abbotswood Rd to Mill Ln and vice versa.

(U47043 Conningsby Drive, Pershore) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U47043 Conningsby Dr from a point 175 metres southwest of its junction with U47045 Emes Cl for a distance of 60 metres in a southerly direction.

Reason: Sewer works by Bell Recycling on behalf of Harper Crewe.

Alternative route: No alternative route due to a cul-de-sac location.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days.

(U45207 Merry Lane, Offenham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U45207 Merry Ln from its junction with C2047 Station Rd to its junction with C2050 Bennetts Hill.

Reason: New Water Main by BA Hull Ltd.

Alternative route: C2050 Bennetts Hill, B4510 Evesham Rd, C2047 Station Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days.

Commencing: 3 August 2026.

(U45209 Grange Road, Bretforton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U45209 Grange Rd from its junction with U45210 Ivy Ln to its junction with U45208 Clayfield Rd.

Reason: Installation of a vehicle dropped crossing by WCC.

Alternative route: U45210 Ivy Ln, C2047 Station Rd, U45208 Clayfield Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 24 August and 27 August 2026.

(Unnamed track from C2115 Peopleton to A422 Upton Snodsbury, Peopleton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of the unnamed track from its junction with C2115 Peopleton to A422 Upton Snodsbury to its junction with U43001 Moat Farm Ln.

Reason: Maintenance works on the Ford to improve safety and visibility by vegetation clearance and renew flood level signage by WCC.

Alternative route:

• (Southbound): U43001 Moat Farm Ln, C2125 from A4538 Evesham Rd to Edwards Ln, A44 Evesham Rd, A44 Evesham Rd, Egdon to Stonebow Rd, A44 Worcester Rd, C2115 Stonebow Rd to Peopleton, C2115 Peopleton to A422 Upton Snodsbury.

• (Northbound): C2115 Peopleton to A422 Upton Snodsbury, C2115 Peopleton Ln, A422 Broughton Hackett to Upton Snodsbury, A422 Alcester Rd, A44 Evesham Rd.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days.

Commencing: 24 August 2026.

(U44515 Swan Lane, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) and (The County of Hereford and Worcester) (Various Roads, Evesham) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1996 (Variation) Order 2010 (Temporary Suspension) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U44515 Swan Ln from its junction with U44519 Chapel St to its junction with U44513 Rynal St and to temporarily suspend The County of Hereford and Worcester (Various Roads, Evesham) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1996 (Variation) Order 2010 relating to that part of the highway on U44515 Swan Ln to allow access to residents and businesses for the duration of the work.

Reason: Utility work by STW.

Alternative route: U44514 Rynal Pl, U44513 Rynall St.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days.

Commencing: 25 August 2026.

(B4035 Bretforton Road, Badsey) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of B4035 Bretforton Rd from its junction with B4085 Birmingham Rd to its junction with U45214 Back Ln.

Reason: Utility Work by Gas Transportation Co Ltd.

Please note: no access for emergency services, please follow diversion route.

Alternative route: B4035 Badsey Rd, A46 Evesham Bypass, A44 Broadway Rd, A44 Pitchers Hill, A44 Broadway Bypass, B4632 Leamington Rd into Gloucestershire, B4035 Weston Rd, B4035 New St, B4035 Main St and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 days (24hrs).

Commencing: 26 August 2026.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)

(District of Wychavon – Non-Urban Area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2026 (Prohibition of Waiting on B4082 Main Street, Pinvin)

On 16 July 2026 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following side and length of road in Pinvin:

B4082 Main Street (south east side): from a point 43 metres north east of its junction with Spion Kop for a distance of 62 metres in a north easterly direction.

B4082 Main Street (north west side): from a point 159 metres north east of its junction with U47427 Main Street Service Road for a distance of 26 metres in a north easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 6 August 2026.
