(City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2026 [Prohibition of Waiting on Checketts Close and Checketts Lane, Worcester]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Worcester:

Checketts Close (both side): from its junction with Checketts Lane for a distance of 14 metres in a southerly direction.

Checketts Lane (west side): from its junction with Checketts Close for a distance of 3.7 metres in a westerly direction.

Checketts Lane (east side): from its junction with Checketts Close for a distance of 7.3 metres in an easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
