What is happening?
THE PORTSMOUTH CITY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS) (MINOR AMENDMENTS) ORDER 2026
1. Notice is hereby given that the Portsmouth City Council has made the above Order on 30
July 2026. The effect of the Order will be to correct typographical errors in road names in
the Traffic Regulation Order covering waiting restrictions in Hilsea Lido Access Road and
St Andrews Road. This Order makes no changes to restrictions on the ground.
2. A copy of the Order is available to view on Portsmouth City Council’s website: Search

at the Civic Offices, Guildhall Square, PO1 2AL Monday to Friday between 9am - 4pm.

3. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the
grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement
of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been
complied with, may, within 6 weeks from the date of the Order, make application for this
purpose to the High Court,
