AMENDMENT ORDER No. 67, JULY 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
Restrictions under the Order
Requests for new/amended parking restrictions in the Walsall borough have been received. These have been investigated, and the resultant proposals are included within this amendment Order. The Order will include, but is not limited to:
Removal/Addition of No Waiting and Loading restrictions.
Addition of Loading Only restrictions.
Addition of Limited Waiting restrictions.

Full details of these proposals are contained in the draft Order and plans which show the roads
subject to the Order and the extent and details of the controls proposed. This Order and the plans
along with a statement of the council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined
by appointment at The Civic Centre, Darwall Street, Walsall, WS1 1DG during normal office hours.

Objections
Formal objections to the Order should be sent with the grounds for making them in writing (quoting ref: GW/2265/6338) to the Permanent and Temporary Traffic Management Team, The Civic
Centre, Darwall Street, Walsall, WS1 1DG or to the email address
by no later than Friday 21 August 2026.
