What is happening?

ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL
FRASERBURGH – TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT
“The Aberdeenshire Council (Fraserburgh – 03.08.26) (Temporary Traffic Management) Order, 2026” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

The order will operate from 03.08.26 for 12 days and will introduce the following temporary traffic restrictions in Fraserburgh:

ROAD CLOSURE
Mid Street, Fraserburgh from Albert Street Lane to Albert Street. An alternative route is available via Mid Street to Albert Street to Dennyduff Road to Finlayson Street to Mid Street, Fraserburgh and vice versa.

PROHIBITION OF WAITING
Mid Street, Fraserburgh on both sides from Finlayson Street to Albert Street.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety during work for an electricity company.
