THE STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 10 (B) HARLASTON PARISH (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council on 7/7/26 made an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along the section of Public Footpath No. 10 (b) Harlaston Parish from its junction with Model Farm Lane for 243m its junction with Haselour Lane.

The closure is required under the provision of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 Section 14 (1) (b) due to the excavation and installation of pipework. No alternative route is available.

A plan will be displayed on site to show the length of path to be closed and unaffected rights of way in the area.

This Order came into operation on 27/7/26 and will remain in force for a period of six months or until the risk of danger to the public is over, whichever is the earlier. If necessary, after six months, the Order may be extended for a further period with the approval of the Secretary of State. 

THE STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL 

PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 32 CLIFTON CAMPVILLE PARISH (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council on 7/7/26 made an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along the section of Public Footpath No. 32 Clifton Campville Parish from its junction with Public Footpath No. 30 Clifton Campville Parish and Public Footpath No. 31 Clifton Campville Parish to the junction with Clifton Lane for approximately 543m.

The closure is required under the provision of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 Section 14 (1) (b) due to the excavation and installation of pipework. No alternative route is available. 

A plan will be displayed on site to show the length of path to be closed and unaffected rights of way in the area.

This Order came into operation on 27/7/26 and will remain in force for a period of six months or until the risk of danger to the public is over, whichever is the earlier. If necessary, after six months, the Order may be extended for a further period with the approval of the Secretary of State. This closure is expected to last for a period of 40 days.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 28/7/26 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit traffic along:

Ashby Rd, No Mans Heath. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB150893998. The Order will come into operation 20:00hrs until 06:00hrs daily from 3/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 9/8/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the telecom installation works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 3/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 7/8/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the new electrical connection works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit traffic along:

Deer Park Rd, Fazeley. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GBundefined. The Order will come into operation on 17/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 19/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the asset repair works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit pedestrians along:

The Order will come into operation on 19/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 21/8/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the ducting works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
