TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS – UPPER GROUND
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, to facilitate a crane operation, the Council of the London Borough of Lambeth intend to make an Order, the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Upper Ground, between its junction with Cornwall Road and outside the south-western property boundary of No. 89 Upper Ground.
2. The alternative routes for affected vehicles would be available via Upper Ground, Broadwall, Stamford Street and Cornwall Road, and via Cornwall Road, Stamford Street, Hatfields and Upper Ground.
3. The Order would come into force on 22 August 2026 and continue in force for a maximum duration of 1 month, to allow for contingencies, or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
