CORNWALL COUNCIL- NOTICE OF MODIFICATION (Section 10(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Head of Highways and Infrastructure at The Cornwall Council, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 10(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and pursuant to The Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996, modified the Experimental Traffic Order "The County of Cornwall (lnfra24-159) (St Ives) (Town Deal) (Restrictions on Waiting) (Experimental) Order 2025" on the 20th July 2026.
The effect of the modification is to create an overnight loading bay (between 4pm -10am) on Trelyon Avenue, adjacenttothe Spa entrance of the Harbour Hotel. The existing waiting and loading prohibitions in this location will continue to apply at all other times. This modification, which has been implemented in the interests of the expeditious, convenient and safe movement of traffic, will come into force on the 6th August 2026.
Further details of the modification (including a map showing the changes), alongside a copy of the Order as originally made, and other relevant documentation is available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY. Any person may object to the modified Order being made permanent (or make other representations about the scheme) by writing to Cormac Infrastructure Design, Corserv Solutions Ltd, Radnor Road, Scorrier, Redruth, TR16 5EH, or emailing traffic@cormactld.co.uk, stating the grounds on which any objection is made.

Any correspondence must be received no later than 6 months from the date the modification comes into force.
