(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 202_
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited(a) intends to make an Order on the A12 Trunk Road in the County of Essex to enable nearby Local Authority sign replacement works on a roundabout and general routine maintenance to be carried out in safety.
The works are expected to take place over approximately 2 nights (Mon-Fri, 9pm to 5am) starting on, or after, Wednesday 26 August 2026.
The effect of the Order would be to close the A12 southbound exit slip road at Junction 15 Webbs Farm Interchange – diverting traffic to continue on the A12 southbound to exit at J13, then return on the A12 northbound to J15 and continue their journey.
The closure (which would not apply to works or emergency services vehicles) and diversion route would be clearly indicated by traffic signs.
The Order would come into force on 17 August 2026 and may continue in force until the works detailed above have been completed or for a maximum duration of eighteen months, whichever is the earlier.
