Bad Bridgets – Filming on the Road
Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council has received an
application from Bad Bridgets Ltd that it wishes to make arrangements
to film on the road for the purposes of filming Bad Bridgets;
On Wednesday 26th August 2026 between 05.00hrs and 23.59hrs
By Virtue of the powers conferred on it by Article 8A of and Schedule
3A to the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 the
Council gives notice that it is minded to make an Order to temporarily
restrict or prohibit vehicular traffic from Green Road, Ballyclare and the
junction with Greenwood Avenue, Ballyclare, to a point approximately
250m west of Greenwood Avenue, Ballyclare. The road closure is
proposed from 05.00hrs and 23.59hrs on Wednesday 26th August 2026.
Direction on traffic management will be provided and a diversion route
will be signposted.
Arrangements can be made to inspect the application free of charge,
by contacting the Council on the number and/or email below.
Persons wishing to make representations to the Council regarding the
proposal may do so in writing at the address below by Thursday 20th
August 2026 Representations received after this will not be considered.
