2021 (AMENDMENT NO 020) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council proposes has made the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to introduce a 30mph speed limit throughout the Arabella Park development in Little Kimble, as shown below:

This Order will come into effect on Wednesday 29th July 2026. A copy of the Order can be viewed on the Council’s website: https://yourvoicebucks. citizenspace.com/ and by accessing our digital Traffic Regulation Order platform – https://buckinghamshire.traffweb.app/.
If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from Wednesday 29th July 2026, by applying to the High Court.
