WESTBOROUGH AND DRY DODDINGTON – ADDITION OF RESTRICTED BYWAY FROM STUBTON RESTRICTED BYWAY 6 TO CLENSEY LANE
DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2022
On 27 April 2026 the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs confirmed the above-named Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by upgrading that part of Public Bridleway No.8 to a restricted byway in the parish of Claypole running from Main Street at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) 485485 348891 to the unaffected part of Public Bridleway No.8 at the southwest boundary of the East Coast Mainline at OSGR 486062 348529 as shown between points A-B-C in Drawing No. 2021/026 / DMMO307/A4 AND that part of Public Bridleway No.8 running from the unaffected part of Public Bridleway No.8 at the northeast boundary of the East Coast Mainline at OSGR 486082 348535 to Stubton Restricted Byway 5 OSGR 486234 348473 as shown between points A-B-C and D-E-F in Drawing No. 2021/026/DMMO307/A4 AND adding to particulars to the restricted byway a width varying between 8 metres and 18.29 metres (equivalent to 60 feet) AND also adding Restricted Byway No.1189 in the parish of Westborough and Dry Doddington with a width of 18.29 metres (equivalent to 60 feet) running from Stubton Restricted Byway 6 at OSGR 486756 348063 to Clensey Lane at OSGR 486978 347757 as shown between points G-H in Drawing No. 2021/026/DMMO307/A4.
A copy of the confirmed Order and the Order drawing have been placed and may be seen during office hours at Main Reception, Lincolnshire County Council, County Offices, Newland, Lincoln, LN1 1YL. A copy of the Order and drawing may also be viewed online at https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/council-business/public-notices/1 The Order came into force as from 27 April 2026 but if a person aggrieved by the Order desires to question the validity of it, or of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any Regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order he or she may, under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to the Act within 42 days from 30 July 2026 make application to the High Court.
