DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod y Gorchymyn a gyflwynwyd gan Gyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf ar 1 Awst 2024 yn unol ag adran 14(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (“y Ddeddf”) a fyddai wedi dod i ben ar 1 Awst 2026 yn parhau ewn grym.
Bydd y Gorchymyn yma, dan awdurdod Dirprwy Weinidog Trafnidiaeth, un gweithredu o dan awdurdod Gweinidog y Cabinet dros fenter, Cysylltedd ac Ynni, un o Weinidogion Cymru, wrth adfer y pwerau a roddir gan Adran 15(5) o'r Ddeddf, mewn grym hyd at ac yn cynnwys 1 Chwefror 2027
Bydd y Gorchymyn yma'n cau'r rhannau canlynol o'r l lwybrau yma dros dro:-
Llwybr Troed 60 Llantrisant a Llwybr Troed 24 Cymer
O ddechrau Llwybr Troed 60 Llantrisant o'i gyffordd â Llwybr Troed 59 Llantrisant (NGR ST 0116 8985) am oddeutu 30 metr i NGR ST 0119 8978
Yn ystod cyfnod y cau, dylai'r cyhoedd ddefnyddio Llwybrau Troed 59, 62, 68 a 69 Llantrisant a Llwybr T roed 24 Cymer.
Fydd DIM mynediad ar gyfer y gwasanaethau brys.
Mae angen cau rhan yma'r llwybr troed oherwydd perygl posibl i'r cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith atgyweirio'r bont droed.

RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(FOOTPATH 60 LLANTRISANT AND FOOTPATH 24 CYMMER)
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council on 1st August 2024 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) which would have expired on 1st August 2026, has been continued in force under authority of the Cabinet Minister for Enterprise, Connectivity and Energy, one of the Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers contained in section 15(5) of the Act and shall be operative up to and i ncluding 1st February 2027.
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily close the following sections of paths:-
Footpath 60 Llantrisant and Footpath 24 Cymmer
From the start of Footpath 60 Llantrisant at its junction with
Footpath 59 Llantrisant (NGR ST 0116 8985) for approximately 30 metres to NGR ST 0119 8978
During the period of the closure, the public should use Footpaths 59, 62, 68 and 69 Llantrisant and Footpath 24 Cymmer
Access for emergency services WILL NOT be maintained
The closure is necessary because of the likelihood of danger to the public during works to repair the footbridge
