What is happening?

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Abercromby Place, Albert Place, Balmoral Place, Dumbarton Road East, Port Street, Upper Craigs, Victoria Square, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 24-7-26.
This Order will close:-

Abercromby Place For its entire length.
Albert Place (1) From its junction with Victoria Road to its
junction with Dumbarton Road West.
Albert Place (2) From its junction with Queens Road to its
junction with Corn Exchange Road.
Albert Place (3) From its junction with Queens Road to its
junction with Corn Exchange Road.
Balmoral Place For its entire length.
Dumbarton Road East From the point where it meets Albert Place to
its junction with Port Street.
Port Street From its junction with King’s Park Road to its
junction with Upper Craigs.
Upper Craigs For its entire length.
Victoria Square From the point where it meets Balmoral
Place to the point where it meets Abercromby
Place from 1830 hours on 17-8-26 until
0100 hours on 18-8-26 to facilitate roads
maintenance works.
Emergency service access will be maintained.
Alternative Routes: Albert Place (1) - via Victoria Road, Balmoral
Place, Queens Road and vice versa
Albert Place (2) - via Albert Place, Glebe
Avenue, Abercromby Place, Victoria Square,
Balmoral Place, Queens Road and vice versa
Dumbarton Road East - via St Ninians Road,
Snowdon Place, Kings Park Road, Victoria
Place, Queens Road and vice versa

The COUNCIL propose to make the Stirling Council (On-Street Parking Spaces for Disabled Persons) (Revocation No 6) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The ORDER will remove the disabled persons parking space at the location detailed in the Schedule hereto.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Murray Place, Stirling)
(Temporary Suspension of Loading Bay) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 24-7-26.

This Order will:-
Temporarily suspend the loading bay, except for the skip associated with the shopfitting works at Specsavers:

Murray Place The most south-westerly section of the
loading bay located on the east kerbline
outside No’s 32 - 42 Murray Place in a
north-easterly direction for a distance of
6 metres or thereby from 17-8-26 until
23-10-26 to facilitate the siting of a skip.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Pirnhall Road, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic - No 2) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 24-7-26.
This Order will close:
Pirnhall Road From its junction with the A91 to its
junction with the A872 from 20-8-26 until
13-10-26 to facilitate public utility and road
widening works.
Emergency service access will be maintained
Alternative Routes: via A91, A872 and vice versa

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (B8033, Kinbuck)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Suspension of Parking)
Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as
amended) on 24-7-26.
This Order will close:
B8033 From its junction with the A9 to its junction
with the Stirling Council / Perth and Kinross
Council boundary from 0900 hours until
1000 hours, 1030 hours until 1200 hours
and 1300 hours until 1600 hours from
17-8-26 until 30-8-26 to facilitate parapet
repairs at Kinbuck Bridge.
This Order will also suspend the parking:
B8033
At Kinbuck Bridge from 0900 hours until
1600 hours from 17-8-26 until 30-8-26.
Access for pedestrians, cyclists and
emergency services will be maintained
Alternative Routes: via A9, A822, B8033 and vice versa
