(B819 LINDSAYBEG ROAD, LENZIE)

(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

On 28 July 2026 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of emergency service vehicles, vehicles engaged in the works, and those vehicles requiring access to properties adjacent to the closed section of road when its safe and practical to do so) on that section of the B819 Lindsaybeg Road, Lenzie, between its junction with the B757 Auchinloch Road and its junction with the A806 Initiative Road at Lindsaybeg Roundabout, Lenzie by reason of works being executed on or near this road.

This Order will operate from 06.00 hours on Sunday, 09 August 2026 until 23.59 hours on Sunday, 23 August 2026.

Alternative Routes

The alternative routes will be by way of the A806 Initiative Road, the B757 Stepps Road and Auchinloch Road, Lenzie, and these routes will be sign posted.

Please be advised that this closure will be carried out under separate phases. Road signage will be installed whilst closures are in effect.
