PUBLIC NOTICE

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (U61004 Eldersfield/U61005 Coles Lane/C2211 Eldersfield) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of: 1) U61004 Eldersfield from its junction with U61003 Frogmarsh to its junction with U61006 Church Ln. 2) U61005 Coles Lane from its junction with U61004 Eldersfield to its junction with C2211 Eldersfield. 3) C2211 Eldersfield from its junction with B4208 Gadfield Elm to its junction with U61002 Pillows Green. Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing inc civils work over multiple phases by WCC.

Alternative route: Diversion 1: B4208 Gadfield Elm, B4208 Malvern Rd into Gloucestershire, C2211 Moorend, C2211 Eldersfield and vice versa.

Diversion 2: U61006 Village Rd, C2211 Eldersfield, C2211 Moorend into Gloucestershire, B4208 Malvern Rd, B4208 Gadfield Elm and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 24 August 2026 and 4 September 2026.

(U46228 Back Lane, Bredon) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U46228 Back Ln from its junction with U46229 Perwell Cl for a distance of 120 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: To clear blockages in the carriageway by Openreach.

Alternative route: U46228 Back Ln (part), U46226 Church St and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days.

Commencing: 24 August 2026.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
