Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Witney, Buttercross Lane

Date of Order: 27 July 2026

Coming into force: 3 August 2026

This Order is being introduced because of drainage improvement works which are anticipated to be completed on 28 August 2026 working 09:30 to 15:30 hours each day.

The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit vehicles using that part Buttercross Lane from its junction with Willowbank. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency vehicles, the Works and for access to property. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref: RAG/T18195)
