Notice is hereby given that Manchester City Council has made Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the titles and effects of which are as follows:

CITY OF MANCHESTER (CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE) (MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE) NO.13 ORDER 2004 (AMENDMENT NO.17) ORDER 2026:
TAXI RANK AT ALL TIMES ON ALL DAYS:
Byrom Street, west side from 76m north of Quay Street in a northerly direction for 19m, space for 3 Taxis.

CITY OF MANCHESTER (CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE) (MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE (NO. 10) ORDER 2004 (AMENDMENT NO.19) ORDER 2026:
GOODS VEHICLE LOADING/UNLOADING PARKING
PLACE MONDAY TO FRIDAY 4AM-6PM MAXIMUM STAY 15 MINUTES: Dantzic Street, west side from 43.5m north of Well Street in a northerly direction for 33m.

TAXI RANK 6PM-4AM MONDAY TO FRIDAY AND ALL HOURS SATURDAY AND SUNDAY:
Dantzic Street, west side from 43.5m north of Well Street in a northerly direction for 33m.

The Orders were made on 22nd July 2026 and will come into effect on 31st July 2026. Copies of the Orders and the plans can be requested by emailing phlegal@manchester.gov.uk or inspected at the Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. 

Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within 6 weeks from 22nd July 2026 apply to the High Court for such purpose.
