C5B - TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (C5B Pitfour to Rora to Hallmoss Road – 03.08.26) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2026” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984. The order will operate on 03.08.26 for 26 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the C5B Pitfour to Rora to Hallmoss Road.
Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared to allow safe passage through the event.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety owing to the construction of new access points. An alternative route is available via the C5B, C43B, C39B, A950 and vice versa. Any queries should be directed to Lisa Mair on 01467 539751.
