The Cornwall Council (Public Footpath No.18 (Part) St Breock) (Dunveth Farm) Public Path Diversion Order 2026 

The above order made by Cornwall Council on 9 July 2026 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will, if confirmed, divert a length of Public Footpath Number 18 in the Parish of St Breock commencing at its junction with a length of Public Footpath 18 St Breock to be retained 99 metres north-north-east of'Unit 58 Clear Space, Dunveth Business Park' at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SW 97888/72563 then continuing in a south-south-westerly then southerly direction for 168 metres to a point where it terminates at its junction with Public Footpath 12 Wadebridge 88 metres south-south-east of'Unit 58 Clear Space, Dunveth Business Park' at OSGR SW 97883/72398 to a revised line commencing at its junction with a part of Public Footpath in the Parish of St Breock commencing at its junction with a length of Public Footpath 18 St Breock to be retained, 99 metres north-north-east of'Unit 58 Clear Space, Dunveth Business Park' at OSGR SW 97888/72563 then continuing in an east-south-easterly then south-south-westerly direction for 236 metres terminating at its junction with Public Footpath 12 Wadebridge 88 metres south-south-east of 'Unit 58 Clear Space, Dunveth Business Park' at OSGR SW 97883/72398. 

A copy of the order and order map may be downloaded from Cornwall Council's website at https://www.cornwall.gov.uk/environment/countryside/public-pathorders/made-public-path-orders/ and have also been placed and may be seen free of charge at Wadebridge Library and Information Service, Southern Way, Wadebridge, PL27 7BX at the hours of Tues to Fri 9:30am to 5pm &Sat 10am to 1pm. 

Alternatively copies of the order and order map may be obtained free of charge from proworders@cornwall.gov.uk.  

Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the Public Rights of Way Officer at Public Rights of Way, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, TR1 3AY or by email to proworders@cornwall.gov.uk. (quoting reference HAD 321) no later than 26 August 2026. 

Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, then Cornwall Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. 

If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
