Notice is hereby given of applications which have been submitted to East Lindsey District Council.

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.

The following applications will not be determined until 21 days from the publication of this notice. Major Development. Erection of 153no. dwellings with associated garages, construction of internal access roads and ancillary works. Land to the south of Garcia Road, Tetney, Lincolnshire. Mr Casswell, (01001/26/FUL).

Major Development. Section 73 application to vary condition no.3 (passing places) previously approved under planning permission ref. no. S/035/01039/20 for the erection of a livestock building for the rearing and finishing of pigs with a covered manure store to include 1no. associated feed silo and a hardstanding area.
