New Broadmeadows, Pool o’Muckhart, 20 Mph Speed Limit Experimental Order 2026
The Council has made the above Experimental Order under Sections 9, 10(2), 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. This will designate the sections of roads in Clackmannanshire: New Broadmeadows, Pool o’Muckhart: From a point 478 metres or thereby east of its junction with A91 eastwards for a distance of 892 metres or thereby, as a 20 mph speed limit to reduce the speed limit in the interests of road safety. The experimental traffic order will be used to monitor the effectiveness of the new speed limit on these roads. Anyone wishing to question the validity of any of the provisions within this order should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of Wednesday 29 July 2026.
Blackfaulds Street, Coalsnaughton (Waiting, Loading And Unloading Restrictions) Order 2026
The Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 or Section 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will designate the sections of road described in the Schedule as a waiting is prohibited at any time and loading and unloading is prohibited between the hours of 8.30am and 9.15am, and 2.45pm and 3.30pm, Monday to Friday inclusive. Schedule – Blackfaulds Street, Coalsnaughton: North side – From a point 35 metres or thereby east of its junction with School Terrace, eastwards for a distance of 30 metres or thereby.
