HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr C2157 Cil-y-cwm, o'r gyffordd â'r C2164 Cil-y-cwm, am bellter o 2.2km i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain.

Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sydd am deithio tua'r de-orllewin o fan sydd i'r gogledd-ddwyrain o'r man lle mae'r ffordd ar gau fydd parhau ar hyd yr C2157 Cil-y-cwm, Heol Royal Oak, yr C2163 Rhandir-mwyn a'r C2157 Cil-y-cwm i ddychwelyd i fan sydd i'r de-orllewin o'r man lle mae'r ffordd ar gau. HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy'n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr C1253, Llanfihangel-ar-arth i Lanllwni, Pencader, o fan sydd 620 metr i'r gogledd-ddwyrain o'r gyffordd â'r B4336, am oddeutu 420 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain.

Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig fydd ar hyd y B4336, yr A485, yr C1308 (Llanllwni i Faesycrugiau) a'r C1253 (Llanfihangel-ar-arth i Lanllwni).

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym wrth i beirianwyr Dŵr Cymru wneud gwaith i adnewyddu'r brif bibell ddŵr bresennol.

Bwriedir i'r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Llun 3 Awst 2026 tan ddydd Mercher 26 Awst 2026 am gyfnod o 24 diwrnod.

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy'n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag teithio ar hyd yr C3293 Cwm-cuch o fan sydd oddeutu 115 metr i'r de-ddwyrain o'r gyffordd â'r C1287 Cwm-cuch am bellter o 155 metr i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain.

Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

Y ffordd arall fydd ar hyd yr C3201 Tre-lech (o Fryniwan), y B4299 Cynwyl Elfed, y B4333 Cwmduad (i Gastellnewydd Emlyn), yr A484, a'r C1287 (o Gastellnewydd Emlyn).

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym wrth i Gyngor Sir Caerfyrddin adeiladu strwythur cynnal y briffordd i atgyweirio ffordd sydd wedi cwympo.

Bwriedir i'r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Llun 3 Awst, am gyfnod o 8 wythnos.

The County of Carmarthenshire (C2157 Cilycwm)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C2157 Cilycwm, from its junction with the C2164 Cilycwm, for a distance of 2.2km in a north easterly direction.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route for south west bound traffic from a point north east of the closure, will be to proceed along the C2157 Cilycwm, Royal Oak Road, C2163 Rhandirmwyn and the C2157 Cilycwm to return to a point south west of the closure. Vice versa for north east bound traffic.

The proposed Order will continue in force whilst Openreach carry out poling work.

It is intended that the works commence on Monday 10th August 2026 for 12 days.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (C2156 Bwlchmaenllwyd)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C2156 Bwlchmaenllwyd, from its junction with the U4183 Cilycwm, for a distance of 1.4km in a south easterly direction.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route for south east bound traffic from a point north west of the closure, will be to proceed along the C2158 Cilycwm, A40 Llandovery, C2157 Llandovery and the C2156 Bwlchmaenllwyd to return to a point south east of the closure. Vice versa for north west bound traffic.

The proposed Order will continue in force whilst Openreach carry out poling works.

It is intended that the works commence on Monday 17th August 2026 for a period of 12 days.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire
((C1253 Llanfihangel-ar-Arth to Llanllwni, Pencader (SA39 9JR))
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C1253, Llanfihangel-Ar-Arth to Llanllwni, Pencader from a point 620 metres Northeast of its junction with the B4336 for approximately 420 metres in a North Easterly direction.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route for traffic will be via the B4336, the A485, the C1308 (Llanllwni to Maesycrugiau) and the C1253 (Llanfihangel-Ar-Arth to Llanllwni).

The Order will continue in force whilst Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water engineers carry out existing water mains renewal works.

It is intended that the works commence on Monday 3rd August 2026 to Wednesday 26th August 2026, a period of 24 days.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (C3293 Cwmcych)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C3293 Cwmcych from a point approximately 115 metres south-east of its junction with the C1287 Cwmcych for a distance of 155 metres in a south-easterly direction.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The alternative route will be via the C3201 Trelech (from Bryniwan), the B4299 Cynwyl Elfed, the B4333 Cwmduad (to Newcastle Emlyn), the A484, and the C1287 (from Newcastle Emlyn).

The Order will continue in force whilst Carmarthenshire County Council construct a highway support to repair a collapsed road.

It is intended that the works commence on Monday 3rd August for 8 weeks.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
