NOTICE is hereby given that Cambridgeshire County Council proposes to make the above named Orders under the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Traffic Management Act 2004.
The effect of this Orders will be to revoke the existing limited waiting bays and implement a prohibition of waiting at any time on the north side of the northeastern arm of Great Whyte at a point 19 metres northwest of its junction with Little Whyte for 49m in a north westerly direction (between numbers 13 and 25 Great Whyte). The existing waiting restrictions (single yellow lines opposite the library will be revoked). The existing limited waiting bays opposite 15 - 17 Great Whyte will be replaced with a restriction of waiting (single yellow lines) on all days between the hours of 8am - 4pm. Two disabled persons parking bays will be installed opposite 33 Great Whyte. Loading bays will be installed on New Road at a point 25m north of its junction with Great Whyte in a northerly direction for 6.26m (with 2.5m of double yellow lines added adjacent to the east side of the loading bay) and on Little Whyte at a point 16.5m north of its junction with Great Whyte in a northerly direction for 6.26m (with 2m of double yellow lines added adjacent to the east side of the loading bay).
The existing one-way on the northeastern arm of Great Whyte between New Road and Little Whyte (from west to east) will be removed and replaced by a one-way running from east to west from a point 26m west of its junction with Little Whyte to its junction with New Road.
The above proposals have been requested by Huntingdonshire District Council to improve the street environment for all users.

Notice of Intention to Install a Raised Table
NOTICE is hereby given that Cambridgeshire County Council proposes to install a raised table on New Road, Ramsey at a point approximately 19 metres north of its junction with Great Whyte. Objections relating the grounds on which they are made, and other representations, must be sent in writing by the 19th August 2026.
