What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING

Proposed - Amendments to Controlled Parking Zone Park Royal (PR-I): The Ealing (Parking Places) (Telephone Parking) (No. 1, 2024) (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*; The Ealing (Park Royal Zone PR-I) (Permit Parking Places) (No. 1, 2026) (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*; The Ealing (Free Loading Places) (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*; The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*.

1. NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, proposes to make the abovementioned Orders, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the proposed Park Royal zone Orders would be to, on lengths of: -

(1) CHASE ROAD to substitute lengths of an existing shared use parking places with waiting restrictions; (2) DRAGOR ROAD to substitute lengths of existing shared use parking places with waiting restrictions; (3) GORST ROAD to substitute lengths of existing permit parking places with waiting restrictions, to substitute existing permit parking places with shared use parking places (permit or charged), to substitute an existing permit parking place with a loading bay (to operate at any time), existing loading bay to be extended by a bay length and waiting restriction; (4) MINERVA ROAD to substitute existing permit parking places with shared use parking places, to substitute an existing permit parking place with a loading bay (to operate at any time) and waiting restriction; (5) STANDARD ROAD to introduce shared use parking places substitute existing a permit parking places with as a loading bay (to operate at any time), substitute existing permit parking places with shared use parking places.

3. The proposed Orders, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including a plan, are available by e mail request to 'trafficnotices@ealing. gov.uk' or by inspection at Staff Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made, or the Council decides not to make the Orders.

4. Any enquiries, objections or other representations about any of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing by e-mail to 'trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk' or by post to Highways Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL, quoting reference P005-26 until 19 AUGUST 2026. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should include the address of the author.
