1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, made the above-titled Orders, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the made Orders will be to: -
(a) designate disabled parking bays operational 'at any time' on lengths of: Adelaide Road, Southall; Avenue Road, Acton; Blackburn Court, Bollo Lane, Acton; Burlington Gardens, Acton; Carlyle Road, Ealing; Castlebar Park, Ealing; Clarence Street, Southall; Cloister Road, Acton; Connaught Road, West Ealing; Craven Avenue, Ealing; Dudley Road, Southall; Ground Floor Flat, Chandos Avenue, Ealing; Hambrough Road, Southall; Harold Road, Park Royal; Hartington Road, Southall; Hillcrest Heights, Hillcrest Road, Ealing; Inverness Road, Southall; King Edwards Place, Acton; Lea Road, Southall; Milton Road, Hanwell; Oaklands Road, Hanwell; Orchard Avenue, Southall; Queens Road, Southall; Rosenburg Road, Acton; Wales Farm Road, Acton; West Avenue, Southall; Wyndham Road, West Ealing;
(b) relocate the existing disabled bay from outside No. 21 / 23 The Green, Southall to outside No. 25 / 27 The Green;
(c) amend the existing permit parking places: (A) Zone CC on a length of: Cloister Road, Acton; Wales Farm Road, Acton; (B) Zone G on a length of: King Edwards Place, Acton; (C) Zone GG on a length of: Wyndham Road, West Ealing; (C) Zone H on a length of: Craven Avenue, Ealing; (D) Zone J on a length of: Avenue Road, Acton; Blackburn Court, Bollo Lane, Acton; Rosenburg Road, Acton; (E) Zone K on a length of: Burlington Gardens, Acton; (F) Zone L on a length of: Hambrough Road, Southall; Orchard Avenue, Southall; West Avenue, Southall; (G) Zone LL on a length of: Adelaide Road, Southall; Inverness Road, Southall; Lea Road, Southall; (H) Zone PC on a length of: Milton Road, Hanwell; (I) Zone RR on a length of: Carlyle Road, Ealing; Ground Floor Flat, Chandos Avenue, Ealing; (J) Zone SS on a length of: Harold Road, Park Royal; (K) Zone TT on a length of: Castlebar Park, Ealing; (L) Zone U on a length of: Connaught Road, West Ealing; (M) Zone V on a length of: Clarence Street, Southall; Dudley Road, Southall; Hartington Road, Southall; Queens Road, Southall; (N) Zone W on a length of: Hillcrest Heights, Hillcrest Road, Ealing; (O) Zone WE on a length of: Oaklands Road, Hanwell;
(d) amend a length of a free parking place on The Green.

3. The proposals for Beechmount Avenue, Hanwell & Bowes Road, Acton have been abandoned.

4. The made Orders, which will come into operation on 30 JULY 2026, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from 'trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk' or for inspection at Staff Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Order was made.

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
