REGENT STREET, LONG EATON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Derbyshire County Council on 02 July 2026 under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which was to close Regent Street, Long Eaton has been extended.
The alternative route will be via Market Street, Derby Road, Fletcher Street and vice versa.
The road will be closed until 31 July 2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner to facilitate carriageway works in connection with the Long Eaton Town Deal regeneration project.
