Bydd y Gorchymyn uchod a wnaed ar 7 Gorffennaf 2026, o dan adran 118 o Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980, yn cael gwared ar y llwybr cyhoeddus sydd wedi'i ddisgrifio yn yr Atodlen i'r Hysbysiad yma ac sy'n cael ei weld ar fap y gorchymyn.

Mae modd gweld copi o'r Gorchymyn a Map y Gorchymyn am ddim yn swyddfeydd Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf (“y Cyngor”) yn 2 Llys Cadwyn, Stryd y Taf, Pontypridd CF37 4TH ac yn Llyfrgell Pont-y-clun, Heol-y-Felin, Pont-y-clun, CF72 9BE yn ystod yr oriau agor arferol. Os bydd y Gorchymyn yn cael ei anfon at Weinidogion Cymru i'w gadarnhau, bydd unrhyw sylwadau a gwrthwynebiadau sydd heb eu tynnu yn ôl yn cael eu hanfon gyda'r gorchymyn.

Yn cychwyn ar y Ffordd i Fferm Llwyn y Barcud, ar hen ffin y plwyf rhwng Llanhari a Llansannor, yng Nghyfeirnod Grid Cenedlaethol SS 9988 8012 (Pwynt A) ac yn parhau tua'r dwyrain ar hyd ffordd fynediad y fferm, yna trwy'r fferm, ar draws cae agored, a thrwy dir Ysgol Llanhari, i orffen yng Nghoedlan Addison yng Nghyfeirnod Grid Cenedlaethol ST 0038 8022 (Pwynt B).

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 SECTION 118
PUBLIC PATH EXTINGUISHMENT ORDER FOOTPATH 25 LLANHARRY

The above Order made on 7 July 2026, under section 118 of the Highways Act 1980, will extinguish the public footpath described in the Schedule to this Notice as shown on the Order Map.

A copy of the Order and the Order Map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices of Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council (“the Council”) at 2 Llys Cadwyn, Taff Street, Pontypridd CF37 4TH and at Pontyclun Library, Heol-y-Felin, Pontyclun CF72 9BE during normal opening hours. Copies of the Order and the Order Map may be obtained there.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Countryside and Rights of Way Officer, 2nd Floor, 2 Llys Cadwyn, Taff Street, Pontypridd CF37 4TH and to PRoW@rctcbc.gov.uk to be received not later than 1 September 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

Footpath 25 Llanharry
Commences on the Road to Llwyn y Barcud Farm, at the former parish boundary between Llanharry and Llansannor, at National Grid Reference SS 9988 8012 (Point A) and proceeds eastwards along the farm access road, then through the farm, across an open field, and through the grounds of Ysgol Llanhari, to terminate at Addison Avenue at National Grid Reference ST 0038 8022 (Point B).
