Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way as the case may be for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2026/00970: ASHCOMBE HOUSE, THE CRESCENT, LEATHERHEAD, KT22 8DY: External alterations to the building including the creation of a new window opening, the alteration of window opening sizes, and the replacement of windows and door to accommodate the internal layout.
MO/2026/00991: THE BARN, 6 GARDEN HILL, WESTCOTT, RH4 3GJ: Variation of condition 2 of approved planning application MO/2025/02593 for the erection of single storey side extension with flat roof to allow for an additional ground floor window within the rear elevation as a means of escape window.
MO/2026/00992 & MO/2026/00993LBC: 9 SOUTH STREET, DORKING, RH4 2DY: Conversion of ancillary accommodation to existing hairdresser's salon to form a new 2-bedroom flat, including the installation of a new window into an existing opening to southwest elevation at ground floor level. Interior alterations involve the stripping-out of modern timber partitions at ground floor level, and modern bedroom wardrobe units at first floor, and to create two bedrooms and living accommodation across parts of the ground and first floor.
MO/2026/00997: BALCHINS STORES, GUILDFORD ROAD, WESTCOTT, RH4 3NG: Certificate of Lawfulness for an existing use in respect of use of the building as a residential dwelling (Use Class C3) for a period in excess of 4 years.
