(ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO 93) (SATURDAY MARKET, BEVERLEY) ORDER 2026
1. On 30 July 2026 East Riding of Yorkshire Council made this Order the effect of which will be:
a. To modify the site layout by creating two additional parking bays while maintaining circulation lanes, thereby increasing the number of pay-and-display spaces in the main market square from 26 to 28.
b. To reconfigure the disabled bays without reducing their number, ensuring improved clarity and accessibility for disabled parking.
2. A copy of the Order and relevant plan may be examined during normal office hours at Beverley Customer Service Centre, Champney Treasure House, Champney Road, Beverley, HU17 8HE.
3. If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained within it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from 30 July 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
