Sea Palling - Proposed Consolidation of Traffic Regulation Orders & Waiting Restrictions

(SEA PALLING, VARIOUS ROADS) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS 202X
The Norfolk County Council propose to make the following Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:
The Norfolk County Council (Sea Palling, Various Roads) (Prohibition of Waiting) Consolidation and Variation Order 202X
The effect of this Order will be to:
- Consolidate The Norfolk County Council (Sea Palling, Various Roads) (Prohibition of Waiting) Variation and Consolidation Order 2011 (“the 2011 Order”) and Schedule 1 of The Norfolk County Council (Sea Palling, Beach Road and Clink Lane) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Unloading, Loading Bay and Bus Stop Clearway) Order 2022 (“the 2022 Order”) whereby the existing restrictions on the existing lengths of road will not be changed and just re-produced in the consolidation order except as per the variations detailed below at points 2 and 3:
- Vary Schedule 2 of the 2011 Order by removing the reference to the following length of road:

The Norfolk County Council (Sea Palling, Various Roads) (Prohibition of Loading and Unloading) Consolidation Order 202X
The effect of this Order will be to:
- Consolidate Schedule 2 of The Norfolk County Council (Sea Palling, Beach Road and Clink Lane) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Unloading, Loading Bay and Bus Stop Clearway) Order 2022 whereby the existing restriction on the existing lengths of road will not be changed and just re-produced in the consolidation Order.
The Norfolk County Council (Sea Palling, Beach Road) (Loading Bay) Consolidation Order 202X
The effect of this Order will be to:
- Consolidate Schedule 3 of The Norfolk County Council (Sea Palling, Beach Road and Clink Lane) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Unloading, Loading Bay and Bus Stop Clearway) Order 2022 whereby the existing restriction on the existing lengths of road will not be changed and just re-produced in the consolidation Order.

(Bus Stop Clearway) Consolidation Order 202X
The effect of this Order will be to:
- Consolidate Schedule 4 of The Norfolk County Council (Sea Palling, Beach Road and Clink Lane) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Unloading, Loading Bay and Bus Stop Clearway) Order 2022 whereby the existing restriction on the existing lengths of road will not be changed and just re-produced in the consolidation Order.
The Orders referred within this notice are proposed to be consolidated for clarity and efficient administration of the restrictions. As part of this consolidation the existing Orders are being updated to reflect current legislation, or being clarified to make them clearer, or being amended to correct minor errors.
A copy of the draft Orders, a plan, the Orders being revoked and consolidated and a Statement of Reasons for making the Orders can be viewed online at www.norfolk.council.gov.uk. Copies are also available for inspection at Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Norwich, NR1 2DH and at the offices of North Norfolk District Council, Council Offices, Holt Road, Cromer, Norfolk, NR27 9EN, during normal office hours. Online viewing is recommended.
Any objections and representations relating to the proposed (Sea Palling, Various Roads) (Prohibition of Waiting) Consolidation and Variation Order 202X must be made in writing and must specify the grounds on which they are made.
All correspondence for these proposals must be received at the office of nplaw, Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, NR1 2DH, marked for the attention of the nplaw Traffic Regulation Order Team by 18th August 2026. They may also be emailed to trafficorders@norfolk.gov.uk.
