LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Mr Kam Chuen Wong to Cumberland Council in respect of premises known as Diversity Centre and Rafikiz Lounge, 264-266 London Road, Carlisle, CA1 2QS.
The licensable activities, which it is proposed to carry on at the premises is for the supply of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises from 1000 until 2300, Late Night Refreshment 2300 until 2330 seven days a week and recorded music for non-standard timings until 01:00& 02:00.
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Cumberland Council, Rickergate, Civic Centre, Carlisle, CA3 8QG, by appointment or at www.cumberland.gov.uk, search for licensing Register'. Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Cumberland Council at the above address by midnight 13/08/26.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
