Trafford Road Cycle Lane - Temporary Road Traffic Regulation Order
What is happening?
The Council of the City of Salford intends to make in no less than 7 days under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: SALFORD CITY COUNCIL (TRAFFORD ROAD CYCLE LANE) TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026.
The Order will introduce a cycle lane closure to the northbound cycle lane outside of the Dock Office building on Trafford Road, Salford, M50 3AA. The Order is necessary for cleaning and repair works to the arch next to the Dock Office building. The order is due to come into operation on Monday 24th August 2026 and will last for a period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Monday 19th October 2026.
