What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE YELDERSLEY LANE, BRADLEY AND ROUGH LANE, YELDERSLEY
WHEN: 17 August to 31 August 2026
WHERE: Yeldersley Lane, Rough Lane, Bradley between Old Hall Farm and Jct. with Rough Lane
REASON: To facilitate electricity cabling works
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Yeldersley Lane, Hadley Lane, Mill Dam Lane, Dogkennel Lane, A52 Painters Lane, Shirley Common, Rough Lane and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road.
The road will reopen as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.

The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
