FOOTPATH CLOSURE EXTENSION PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.3 (PART) CLIFTON & COMPTON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Derbyshire County Council on 09 January 2025 under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which was to close footpath No.3 from Doles Lane for approx. 50m, has been further continued.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: No alternative route is recommended.
The public footpath will be closed until 01 September 2027 or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner, to facilitate public safety due to bank erosion of Henmore Brook making path dangerously narrow.
